Our guest speaker, in November, is Murray Mcewan. His talk, titled "Why Money?" is going to be inspiring. Often in British society money is seen as a necessary evil which is at the same time unsavoury to talk about. Murray will share why he is involved in working with clients and their money, how his perspective has shifted on this as he has grappled with what the Bible has to say and why he thinks a healthy perspective on money, wealth and possessions can be transformative in both our business and personal lives.

Murray has been a financial adviser for over 30 years and has been a director of his own business in Leeds for 22 years, specialising in holistic financial planning and ethical/sustainable investment. He is a Christian and is actively involved in leading musical worship at his church on a Sunday and at a mid-week service for workers in the city. He is married with 2 adult children and in his free time he indulges his passions for walking, cinema, music production and his family.
